yl23455永利集团教授（破格）、博士生导师，入选重庆市青年拔尖人才、第四批重庆市学术技术带头人后备人选，先后获得经济学、统计学双博士学位。曾担任哥廷根大学研究助理、重庆市渝北区发展和改革委员会副主任（挂职），留德期间荣获“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”（全球遴选500人）。已在China Economic Review、Journal of Happiness Studies、Land Use Policy、Journal of Rural Studies、《中国农村经济》《农业经济问题》等SSCI、SCI、CSSCI来源刊物发表学术论文40余篇，多篇论文被人大复印资料全文转载，并入选ESI全球Top 1%高被引论文。主持国家社会科学基金项目3项、教育部人文社会科学研究项目及各类省部级课题二十余项。多项资政建议得到民盟中央、农业农村部采纳及省部级领导肯定性批示；完成或主要参与的研究成果入选《国家哲学社会科学成果文库》，并荣获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）二等奖、三等奖，重庆市社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖、二等奖。
